Our Structure

At Bakkavor we have established a management structure around which the Group can grow whilst adhering to our principles of locally managed, empowered businesses. This organisational approach enables our businesses to act quickly in the fast moving environment in which they operate whilst benefiting from economies of scale and the opportunities that come from being part of a much larger Group. It also promotes cohesion as the same standards, vision, values and goals are shared across our businesses.

We are focused on building operational and functional excellence and we support our businesses to do this through facilitating co-operation, knowledge-sharing and best practice across the Group.
