Brief History	Cinquième Saison was one of the first businesses in France to make leafy salads. Geest commenced its staged acquisition of the company in 1999 and completed it in January 2001 for a total of £6.1m. In 2002, Geest acquired an additional site in Brittany, strengthening Cinquième Saison's ability to distribute nationally in France. In April 2007 Bakkavör Group acquired the prepared salads producer 4G, which will form a part of the Cinquième Saison group.
