Bakkavör Group?s acquisition of Geest Plc agreed by competition authorities in the UK
The Office of Fair Trading is not referring the planned acquisition by Bakkavör Group of Geest Plc to the Competition Commission. The effective date of acquisition is expected on 13 May and payment to shareholders of Geest Plc on 27 May.
