Our people and values are vital to our success, especially as we continue to grow rapidly, and our long-term aim is to become an employer of choice and a “good neighbour” in the local communities where our businesses are based.

We run a devolved business at Bakkavör, where managers are given the freedom to make decisions on a day-to-day basis in their business units. This autonomy is fundamental to doing business in our fast-growing markets and means that we require self-starting individuals who thrive in this type of environment.

Alongside this, much work has been completed to ensure that we offer strong functional and professional training and good development and successions, which allow our people to be recognised, rewarded and progressed across the Group.
