Our development and succession process facilitates your progression through the Bakkavör Group. Our appraisal system evaluates you against the Bakkavör values and job accountabilities (i.e. the job you are required to do), standards and highlights areas of development and training needs to do this job successfully. In the Training and Development section you will see a handful of the many bespoke courses available at Bakkavör.
